Keep your business cards at home because this isn’t another networking event. This is a conversation on all aspects of life that will challenge you, deepen your faith and inspire you to become the Christian leader that God desires you to be within your family, your workplace, and the community.
The Intersection of Faith and Business
The CB360 Conference is designed for business men and women who are seeking deepen their faith, reinvigorate their business, and connect with a community of likeminded individuals who regularly get together to brainstorm ideas, learn from each other and grow in their faith.
Using the monastic backdrop of the Coury House Retreat Center at Subiaco Benedictine Abbey, conferences are a mixture of faith and business topics, segmented 1-2 hours in length, throughout the two-day event. Conferences are interactive, and attendees both facilitate and participate in discussions around business and culture. Father Jerome Kodell OSB provides the spiritual direction of the event.
Spiritual Direction
About half of the two-day event is a spiritual retreat led by Father Jerome Kodell OSB, or one of the Benedictines of Subiaco Abbey. Ordained in 1965, Father Jerome was the Abbot of Subiaco Abbey from 1989 - 2015. He studied at Collegio Sant ’Anselmo in Rome, where he earned a licentiate in Sacred Theology in 1968. A year later, he earned a licentiate in Sacred Scripture at the Biblical Institute in Rome. His training as a Scripture scholar has prepared him for being a sought-out lecturer, author of numerous books and for his work as the founder of the world-renowned Little Rock Scripture Study.
